E machine W3503 worth fixing?

i think it is about 6 years old.it has a celeron d356 3.33ghz Processer,hard drive 160 gb,Memory 512mb sdram and a 56k itv v.92 ready fax/modem.it works but real slow.could it be wiped out and the newest window 7 installed ?
