What is the ACTUAL release date for the HTC Thunderbolt?

Ok, so this phone was supposed to come out on the 24th, or so the rumors led me to believe. They had a commercial on that day, but didn't give a release date. Then I heard it is to come out on March 3rd or 4th. Which is it, its starting to get frustrating.Thanks
