Can you have cell phones at BCT in ft.sill ?

I'm goin 2basic training in 3weeks; at ft sill, how often do they let you have phone time? Are they pretty relaxed or strict on cells? Do you give it up,immediatly or can you carry it on you (jus not on) I've heard sooo many diff rumors....nething else about that is welcomed
