My cell phone was stolen....?

Not at all. Just explain to them what happened. If it's a mytouch you should be able to get it locked too so the thief can't use it. Or that might just be android phones. Is it an android? idk... But my sisters Dolche and Gabbana razr got stolen a few years back and she had no problem getting a replacement
