Headache and/or migraine with pain in my eye?

When I woke up this morning I had a headache/migraine (idk the difference) in the lower part of my forehead right ontop of my eyebrows. It was mostly on the left side then equalled out. The other problem was that I couldn't open my eyes too wide cos it would inflict on the headache. Bright light seemed to make it worse. It wasn't the aura cos the eye problems werent a precursor to the headache, they came about simultaneously. I spend quite a bit of time staring at the computer screen/cell phone. I'm also 17 and a junior in high school. Could this be stress related and or disturbance of the eye or is it something serious?
