Help I was just scammed?

I was scammed by Swreg part of digital river. I paid Swreg for my order and never received it. they took my money and Swreg does not even have a phone number and digital river said to e-mail but Swreg never answers their e-mails, and even the company I ordered from has a phone number that has been disconnected. My credit card company said also nothing they can do and I just lost 79.94 what do I do?
