PayPal help!!!!?!?!?!?

I am about to sell my computer on PayPay (eBay is not involved). The buyer has contacted me via cell phone and wants me to charge him XX amount. Once I get a confirmation message saying I have received the payment of XX, I will then ship the computer. I'm asking, when I get the confirmation message then there is no way the buyer can rip me off????
