I have a telephone appeal tomorrow with unemployment.?

I called, faxed, and e-mailed the adjudicator Friday trying to get a continuance so I could get legal advice. The adjudicator called at 4:40 pm and said request denied. Any advice? Serious answers only. Thanks.
