Outgoing fax on 2 line fax phone?

I want to put in a fax machine at my business to use for out going faxes. I have two lines, one our personal line and the other a pay phone line. How do I make sure the fax machine dials the number of our personal line not the pay phone line. We have both numbers on one phone line.
